When will I receive check-in details?

Usually 1 to 2 hours before 16:00 on the check-in day, through the booking platform, after required guest information is completed.

Where do I submit guest information?

Use StayPass when requested for your reservation.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts from 16:00. Check-out is before 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and depends on availability.

Can I store luggage?

No. Please use coin lockers at major stations before check-in or after check-out.

How do I get to the property?

Open your property page from Stay. Each page lists nearby stations and estimated transit times.

Where can I check prices, availability, and cancellation rules?

Use the Airbnb or Booking.com links on each property page. Prices, availability, payment, cancellation rules, and reservation conditions are managed by the booking platform.

What is provided?

  • Provided: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, TV, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, kitchen, basic cookware, and tableware.
  • Not provided: toothbrushes, seasonings, cooking oil, salt, dryer, or luggage storage.

Is laundry available?

Each property has a washing machine. Dryers are not provided; nearby coin laundries are usually convenient.

Are visitors, pets, smoking, or parties allowed?

No. Only registered guests may enter. Visitors, unregistered guests, pets, smoking, parties, events, karaoke, and loud gatherings are not allowed.

Are the properties suitable for infants?

Stays with infants are not recommended because infant safety equipment and protective design are not provided.

Do I need to remove shoes?

Yes. Remove outdoor shoes at the entrance. In tatami rooms, use socks or bare feet only.

Is parking available?

Kubo Homes Matsu has one free parking space. Other properties may have paid parking nearby; check the property page before arrival.

How should I handle trash?
