Stay Guide
This is the main guide for KUBO.HOMES guest flow and house rules. For property-specific stations, booking links, and local notes, use Stay. For short answers, use FAQ.
Before Arrival
- Confirm your property, dates, guest count, unit, and booking platform.
- Complete StayPass before arrival when requested.
- Luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. Use coin lockers at major stations if needed.
- Contact us in advance for unit clarification, parking questions, early check-in, or late check-out requests.
Check-in
- Standard check-in starts from 16:00.
- Door code and check-in guide are usually sent through the booking platform 1 to 2 hours before 16:00 on the check-in day, after required guest information is completed.
- Use the entrance, unit, and key instructions that match your reservation.
House Rules
- Only registered guests may enter. Visitors and unregistered guests are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed. Stays with infants are not recommended because infant safety equipment and protective design are not provided.
- All properties are in quiet residential neighborhoods. No parties, events, karaoke, loud gatherings, or behavior that disturbs neighbors.
- No smoking inside, at entrances, on balconies, directly in front of the house, or in the nearby area.
- Remove outdoor shoes at the entrance. In tatami rooms, use socks or bare feet only.
Facilities
- Provided: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, TV, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, kitchen, basic cookware, and tableware.
- Not provided: Toothbrushes, seasonings, cooking oil, salt, dryer, and luggage storage are not provided.
- Nearby coin laundries are usually convenient for drying clothes or larger laundry.
Trash & Check-out
- Follow the trash guide inside the property. Collection times differ by property.
- Seal full trash bags and place them in the marked industrial waste bin at the required time. The bin is usually within 2 to 3 meters outside the entrance.
- Check-out is before 11:00. Lock up, return keys or lockbox items as instructed, and check carefully for belongings.
- Items left after check-out may be discarded by cleaning staff.
Urgent Issues
- For urgent issues during your stay, contact us immediately through the booking platform message system.
- In urgent maintenance or safety situations, staff may enter after notice, or without prior notice in an emergency.
