Before Arrival
Before arrival, please:
- Confirm your property, unit, stay dates, guest count, and booking platform
- Complete Guest Registration when requested
- Check your property page for access, parking, layout, and amenities
- Use the booking platform message system for reservation questions or special requests
Guest Registration is collected only for accommodation operation and Japanese lodging / local health center requirements.
For guests without an address in Japan, passport information or a passport copy may be required.
Luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. Please use coin lockers at major stations if needed.
Check-in
Standard check-in starts from 16:00.
Door code and check-in details are usually sent through the booking platform 1 to 2 hours before 16:00 on the check-in day, after required guest information is completed.
Please use the entrance, unit, and key instructions that match your reservation.
House Rules
Please respect the property and the local neighborhood.
- Only registered guests may enter
- Visitors and unregistered guests are not allowed
- Pets are not allowed
- No parties, events, karaoke, or loud gatherings
- No smoking inside, at entrances, on balconies, directly in front of the house, or nearby
- Remove outdoor shoes at the entrance
- Indoor slippers are for indoor use only. Please do not wear them outside
- In tatami rooms, use socks or bare feet only
- Do not share door codes, key information, or check-in details with anyone outside your reservation
Stays with infants are not recommended because infant safety equipment and protective design are not provided.

Not provided unless clearly stated: toothbrushes, seasonings, cooking oil, salt, dryer, or luggage storage.
Trash & Check-out
Please follow the trash guide inside the property.
Trash rules and collection details may differ by property.
Check-out is before 11:00.
Before leaving, please:
- Lock all doors and windows
- Return keys or lockbox items as instructed
- Check carefully for personal belongings
- Leave the property in reasonable condition
Items left after check-out may be discarded by cleaning staff.
Urgent Issues
For urgent issues during your stay, please contact us immediately through the booking platform message system.
Please include your property name, check-in date, and a short description of the issue.
In urgent maintenance or safety situations, staff may enter after notice, or without prior notice in an emergency.
